Stephanie Marcus paints in oils and on computer in her Brooklyn studio.

An art student at the High School of
Music & Art in Manhattan, earned a BFA from
Syracuse University, Cum Laude, learning from Robert Goodnough, and an MA in Computer Art from the NY Institute of Technology, With Distinction. She later studied photography with Philippe Halsman, Dennis Stock, and Eva Rubinstein.

Ms. Marcus has exhibited in group shows at
Denise Bibro Fine Art, the Art League of Long Island (Juror Burt Silverman), Gallery North, Long Island (Juror Philip Pearlstein), the Huntington NY Petite Gallery (Juror Kevin McEvoy), the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Annual Exhibition, Pen & Brush, the Brooklyn Museum GO studio tour, the Annual Gowanus Artists Studio Tour, Williamsburg A H Center, Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition, (BWAC), Greenpoint Gallery, Saint Mark's Church in-the-Bowery, the Multi-media Arts Gallery and a Soho Photo Gallery solo show.
She was a winner in the 2011 ArtSlant Showcase Competition Cycle.

Her work has appeared in New York Magazine, Life, New Jersey Monthly, L'Express, Esquire and various art books.

A photographer and graphic designer,
she now focuses on painting in a contemporary style.
